Dr. JacQuetta Foushee
Dr Foushee is board certified in psychiatry and has been in practice since 2018. A native of North Carolina, Dr. Foushee earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Biology from North Carolina State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She earned her M.D. from The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University and completed her Psychiatry residency at East Carolina University / Vidant Medical Center serving as chief resident her final year.
Dr.Foushee practices general adult Psychiatry and offers medication management and individual psychotherapy. Special interests include PTSD, women’s mental health including reproductive psychiatry, treatment resistant depression and working with the LGBTQ population.

Sarah Terrell, PA
Sarah Terrell has been providing care to patients for over 30 years. She originally earned her Bachelors of Science from Syracuse University in Family Studies and started her career as a social worker. Her strong desire to help others led her to pursue a Masters Degree in Medical Science from Emory University.
She provides medication management and supportive therapy for patients with anxiety, depression, panic disorder, post partum depression, binge eating disorder, ADHD and other diagnoses.
Her special interests include helping her patients with grief, eating disorders and weight issues, LGBTQ issues, anxiety, depression and trauma. Sarah believes good communication and a strong relationship with patients are the most important tools in providing good care.
